Tabernacle Christain Academy is a tax-exempt not-for-profit church organization, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.

ACCEPTANCE

Your access and use of the Donate section of Tabernacle Christain Academy Website (“Website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Donate Terms and Conditions”). BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS” OR “NEXT STEP” BUTTON, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING GIVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS PORTION OF THE WEBSITE. References to “You”, “Your” or “Donate” shall mean the individual who made an online contribution by registering with the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions as described above. “Tabernacle Christain Academy” (“TCA”) shall mean the organization which Donate desires to donate funds to via the Website.

TCA reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify or amend these Donate Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Any changes, modifications or amendments shall be effective once they are posted on the Website. Any continued use of the Donate section of the Website after amendments and modifications to these terms and conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

TABERNACLE CHRISTAIN ACADEMY DONATIONS
tabernaclechristianacademy.com/ shall provide the ability for processing online donations made by individuals or entities (each a "Donate") through the Donate page of the Website. Credit/Debit card information is not stored by TBC or service provider of the website. All such information is retained on a PCI Compliant server controlled by Authorize.net, a third party facilitator of online credit card transactions. For more information on Authorize.net visit their website at www.authorize.net.

You may opt out from receiving e-mails by selecting the "opt out" feature in each e-mail. However, even if you opt out you understand and agree that you will still be held responsible for the information contained in these e-mails as it may pertain to your donation being processed.

You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent others from using your account.

REFUND POLICY
TBC will graciously refund donations made that create a financial hardship within a reasonable time (typically 30 days within time of donation) as determined by the Board of Deacons or Board of Trustees. Please simply contact the Board of Trustees using the contact us form and we will respond to your request.

USE OF FUNDS
Donations will be managed at the direction of the Board of Deacons or Board of Trustees.

Prayer - Commit to regularly pray for our students, faculty, and staff. James 5:16 says, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
Donate to the Annual Fund - This money will help us to increase faculty salaries and provide essential educational services and supplies to our student body and staff.
Donate to the Luke 12:48 Fund - This money allows us to assist our families that need help with tuition payments due to a financial crunch or setback. "To whom much is given, much is required..." (Luke 12:48)
Donate to the Diana A. Hernandez Memorial Fund - Diana Hernandez was one of Tabernacle’s beloved Spanish teachers who served students from 1988-2010. A memorial fund was set up by her family in her name to aid students who need financial assistance to attend TCA. This money is disbursed on as as needed basis and has been aiding families since 2010.

While tuition and fees typically provide 85% of the mission-critical expenses necessary to deliver an excellent Christ-centered education, there is a gap between the funds that tuition provides and the actual cost to educate each student. Since 1974, TCA’s students and families have benefited from the generous support of many who have contributed to helping fulfill its mission: to educate and empower students who will serve God and impact the world through biblical thought and action.
