Tabernacle Christian Academy is pleased to offer Homeschool Connection—a program designed to give homeschool students the opportunity to participate in select classes of their choosing within a structured school setting. Students benefit from high-quality instruction taught from a biblical perspective, while enjoying the academic, social, and spiritual enrichment that comes from being part of a Christ-centered learning community.

General Information

1. Course Offerings:

Tabernacle Christian Academy offers Specials for all students in grades K–8, including Art, General Music, Chorus or Band (grades 3-8 only), and Physical Education. Core Academic Classes are available for students in grades 5–8 only. 

2. Policies and Procedures:

• Homeschool Connection students are required to enroll as part-time students at TCA, following all TCA admission procedures. 
• Students must follow all TCA policies and procedures as outlined in the TCA Student Handbook, including adherence to the Standardized Dress Code and the Discipline Policy. 
• Students may enroll for one or more classes as listed on the schedule for their grade. Preliminary academic screenings may be required for enrollment in core classes at the school’s discretion. 
• All Homeschool Connections students must have up to date vaccinations. Health record forms are available through the school office. 

3. Probationary Period:

All students are placed on a six-week probationary period for both academics and behavior upon enrollment.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

1. Tuition Pricing:
   Courses are priced for the full academic year. Payments are to be made in full upon enrollment, or twice per year at the beginning of each semester.
    

2. Prorated Tuition:
   Tuition will be prorated if a student is withdrawn before the end of the school year.
    

3. Enrollment Fee:
   A non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 will be charged, in addition to $15 per course.
    

4. Financial Agreement:
   A financial contract must be signed by the parent at the time of enrollment.
    

5. Non-Payment Policy:
   TCA reserves the right to exclude students from classes if financial obligations are not met.
    

6. Additional Fees:
   Book and supply fees may apply depending on the course requirements.
